This is a model class for agent typing events will be created by LivechatAgentsPath.
It is used to get updates of AgentTyping in the chat item list UI.

You can subscribe to chat item broadcast via DataSource.addAgentsObserver(AgentsObserver) using AgentsTypingObserver
