Meta provider that should be used in all providers which need MobileSettings and an AccessToken.
Every provider method that does network operations should call #configureSdk(ZendeskCallback) before. #configureSdk(ZendeskCallback) will return a SdkConfiguration what contains an AccessToken and MobileSettings.
The implementation of BaseProvider manages loading of MobileSettings and an AccessToken.
